Alright this is a long one, but if you feel about dentist's the way that I do, you'll want to read. Never in my life did I think id be writing a 5 star review for a DENTIST! This staff is amazing! From the moment I called they gave me a flat rate for my procedure many others had "ranges" that were not flattering on the pocket. They gave me a straight flat answer that was very easy on the pocket for those of us with no insurance. When i walked in and was greeted, they helped answer all the questions we had about payments and were very kind. I hate I didnt get any names so my apologies for but being able to give direct shout outs. The moment I was in the back were talking me having a full blown meltdown! The nurse was SO KIND she talked me through everything, and was a comfort from the moment I sat down to the time I walked out. The dentist was awesome, he listened to me when I said I needed more numbing and didnt question it or push back, or try to rush through and just finish (many dentists in the past didn't believe me). I didnt feel the tooth extraction, and my pain following the same day and next is very limited compared to what ive had in past experiences. I will FOREVER drive an hour to this dentist! If you have dental trauma this is the place to be!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Shing for over 9 years, and he’s truly an outstanding dentist. He’s professional, gentle, and genuinely cares about his patients’ comfort and long-term dental health. Every visit is smooth and stress-free, and he always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why. I completely trust his expertise and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist!
